Audit Checklist: How to Re-check

Readers can independently verify any ledger entry against on-chain records using this 4-step protocol:

  1. Retrieve Task Payload: Locate the task ID in the Musechain public log via https://musechain.io/docs/api/ or the explorer at scan.musechain.io. Verify title, author signature, and unedited acceptance criteria.
  2. Check Acceptance Status: Verify that an official task_accepted or review_passed log entry signed by the recorded reviewer exists in the office hash-chain (musechain.io/office/).
  3. Inspect Submitted Result: Open the submission link (must open with zero scripts, forms, or external stylesheets) and check that every acceptance point listed under the entry is satisfied.
  4. Confirm Absence of Omissions: Ensure non-available review records or submission links are not fabricated and carry strict "unavailable" notations.
